Onsen Girl.

This is a boutique diorama that uses resin, wood, and 3D printing to create a serene image of a young woman relaxing with sake cups in an outdoor onsen (hot spring bath) bath. The creation of this piece took about 2 weeks, including the hand painting. You can see the creation process on YouTube at: I made an ONSEN GIRL diorama.

The onsen water was created using a few drops of opaque white resin colorant, and a few drops of transparent blue and green colorant. The wood wraps around the mini diorama as a frame, cut and hand painted.
The girl, the sake cups, the sake "pitcher," the onsen stone, the onsen tub, and the onsen paddle (used for cooling onsen water) were all modeled in ZBrush 2022, and 3D Printed using an Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra.
